Sales Terms

1. No refund or exchange after 3 working days upon delivery. No refund or exchange for sportswear (e.g. tank tops) due to hygiene reasons.

2. Cancellation of order before production is chargeable at 50% of the total cost.

3. Strictly no cancellation of order during production.

4. We reserve the rights to re-posses the goods in this invoice if payment is not received by the due date.

5. Late payment interest at 5% per month will be charged from due date until the day we receive the full payment.

1. Colour: Do expect +/- 10-20% color difference for all printing method. Please request for sample making with additional lead time of 1-2 weeks (depending on order) if this is a concern for your design/ branding. We will not be responsible for color differences.

2. Alignment: Print alignment and print size will be by default otherwise stated. Do expect +/- 2cm difference for print alignment.

3. Product: Do expect +/- 2cm difference from stated dimensions for textile products and +/- 10% color difference from screen color and different batch of material used for all products.

4. Material: Do expect possibility of texture difference due to different batch of material used.

5. Print defects: Do expect impurities on canvas material such as black dots/ lines and uneven texture surface, which might result in minimal print defects such as white dots or missing of fine details. We will not be responsible for print defects covering less than 1% of the entire surface that is caused by the nature of material.

6. Photograph of order's product might be used for advertising purposes without prior notice.
